To ensure your getaway is as relaxing and restful as possible, please note the following policies. Suite 802 has been family owned for 40+ years and wish


  • Check-In time is 4:00 pm. Check-Out is 11:00 a.m.
  • Mid-Week maid service is included. $650 Check-Out Cleaning Fee + tax added to each reservation.
  • Two day security deposit due at the time of booking to confirm reservation.
  • Security Deposit refunded within 7 days after departure
  • Total payment due 45 days prior to arrival
  • (60 days for monthly stays & major holidays)
  • Maximum occupancy : 5
  • No events allowed
  • No pets
  • $26 per night resort fee charged by The Whaler on Kaanapali. Rates/fees do not include Hawaii taxes
  • A full refund will be made if a cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to the arrival date
  • Christmas holiday is a 14 night minimum stay
  • Discounted rates are available for 3 week or longer stays
  • Travelers who cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in will receive 50% back of their deposit - Any cancelation less than than 14 days will not receive a refund
  • We do not accept credit cards
