To ensure your getaway is as relaxing and restful as possible, please note the following policies. Suite 802 has been family owned for 40+ years and wish
- Check-In time is 4:00 pm. Check-Out is 11:00 a.m.
- Mid-Week maid service is included. $650 Check-Out Cleaning Fee + tax added to each reservation.
- Two day security deposit due at the time of booking to confirm reservation.
- Security Deposit refunded within 7 days after departure
- Total payment due 45 days prior to arrival
- (60 days for monthly stays & major holidays)
- Maximum occupancy : 5
- No events allowed
- No pets
- $26 per night resort fee charged by The Whaler on Kaanapali. Rates/fees do not include Hawaii taxes
- A full refund will be made if a cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to the arrival date
- Christmas holiday is a 14 night minimum stay
- Discounted rates are available for 3 week or longer stays
- Travelers who cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in will receive 50% back of their deposit - Any cancelation less than than 14 days will not receive a refund
- We do not accept credit cards
